Live-in landlord. I live here with my partner and our dog, I am a postgraduate at university of Glasgow graduating in September, she is currently working as a trainee.
House has a dog - you will not be responsible for looking after her but are more than welcome to help! She is a very friendly, playful cocker spaniel and loving to everyone!
Looking for a young professional as a flat mate, would consider older students but must be aware that our council tax status will likely change after I graduate.

Wi-Fi and TV license total £48 a month.
Energy bill is obviously changing a lot, before everything went crazy it was around £75 a month.

The house is a relatively new build so keeps the heat in well. Double glazing with a modern and very efficient combi boiler.
All lights use efficient LED bulbs.

All areas other than bedroom are shared, entire house is furnished. Disability aids fitted on stairs and in bathroom.

Energy efficient house - relatively new build so keeps the heat in unlike most of the tenement flats! Double glazing, low energy LED light bulbs, modern combi boiler, heat pump tumble drier (most efficient available).

High quality mattresses (medium-firm): (may sound silly but for me bad mattresses are one of the worst things about renting!)

High pressure shower (another pet-hate of Edinburgh housing!)
