We have a room to rent in a very spacious, lovely flat in the heart of Bruntsfield. This flat is truly unique in terms of its space, privacy and quality.

The Bruntsfield area has lots of great shops, pubs and restaurants. There’s 2 supermarkets close by and good bus routes into town. We’re right next to Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows so lots of green space nearby too.

The room available is a double room that faces the front of the property and is furnished.

The flat also hosts a large kitchen/living room area, drying area and 1 bathroom between four (the fifth room is ensuite).

It is sharing with 4 other professionals, all aged late 20s early 30s (1 girls, 3 guys), all easy going and likeable. We aim to keep a gender balance in the flat so are ideally looking for another girl.

There is a flat cat currently so you have to be feline-friendly.

We are an active flat and all have our own hobbies and social circles but we do some things together as a flat, such as dinners, nights out, BBQs. We’re looking for someone who is quite independent but is also keen to get involved with the flat fun from time to time. Our new flatmate should be 25+. The room is not suitable for couples.

We are a mixed bunch in terms of careers and interests but get on well so we are looking for someone who is open minded and easy going. We all do our bit around the house and take turns cleaning.

The rent is £580 PCM and includes Council Tax

The bills (electric, gas, internet) are split equally between the flatmates.

The room is available from September 19th and it’s a minimum 6 months lease.
