Hello!
I am looking for two people to move in from mid to late september!

I'm posting on behalf of a friend who is a 23 year old male professional looking for two more people of a similar age to move into a flat in Newington (No students for council tax reasons sorry). One room is a really big double room (£575 per month) and the other is a smaller cosy and bright single room (£500 per month). 😊😊

The flat is super-central and only 5 mins from Arthur's seat and the meadows. Lidl, tesco and Sainsbury's are just as close too. We were very very lucky to get a great deal on it!


Both rooms come furnished with beds, desk and storage space. The flat also has a LARGE living room with 2 big couches, where we spend most our time, and a large kitchen with a dining room table and many appliances. There is also a communal garden.

My friend is super friendly and he really enjoys hanging out with flatmates, but also likes and respects privacy when needed. He is quite tidy and is looking for someone who is also tidy, easy going and chill :). He will likely be working from home for 3 days a week so is looking for people who have similar working patterns and for the flat to be quiet and chill during the day. Would prefer someone who will stay for at least one year

He also likes playing board games, watching f1 and football, climbing and anything outdoors.


Council tax is roughly £70 per month each, and gas and electricity is around £50-70 each depending on the month. WiFi hasn't been organised yet but likely £10-15 each.
