Hi! I am currently advertising for someone to take over my huge double room in a spacious flat share beside the Meadows and George Square. Honestly, it's a great location, right in the heart of the city. My flatmates are a 4th year medical student and 2 Master's students studying speech and language processing.

The flat has 4 large double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, one toilet, and one toilet/shower room all shared. There is no living room, but a very large kitchen with dining area. The kitchen comes with all cooking equipment, crockery etc.

All rooms are fully furnished, with double beds, sofas and desks and lots of storage. It's a really good deal for the price!

The start date for the new tenancy would be April 7th, although you could potentially move in earlier if required. Get in touch and I'd be happy to offer a Skype or in person viewing!
