Hi all!
I'm (sadly) leaving my lovely flat due to work so looking for someone new to move in.
The flat is super super central on Blair St and pretty much walking distance to everything in the city centre.
The room is a double room on the third floor so pretty quiet despite being so central. There's loads and loads of storage in the room and the flat as a whole which is fab. The flat has a huge shared living room, bathroom and kitchen.
It's a three bed flat with two really lovely girls who are both young professionals. The flat has a really chill atmosphere so hopefully going to find someone who fits this too.
I am looking for someone to move in/take over the lease 22/23rd August.
