To qualify as a Student you will be required by Edinburgh City Council to produce a letter of intent your course lasts at least 24 weeks & a minimum of 21 hours per week in each academic year at an institute recognised by ECC
If required, please request a link for further instructions under ‘How to get a Council Tax Exemption Letter’. In most cases, verification with ECC is automatic through your chosen university.

Amenities- There are an array of different shops just a min. up to the main transport corridor of Bruntsfield place: Cafes, bars, grocers, bakers, butchers, fish shops, mini supermarkets, post office, hair dressers & barbers etc. There is also several supermarkets, one less than 3 mins by bus in the Morningside area.
