I am a professional, working from home and a fairly quiet person. So don't expect much socializing and/or shared dining. But always ready for a coffee and a chat. I respect your privacy. Included:

Large Kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, Senseo Machine, fridge and air fryer and all necessary cutlery included. If you want to play Jamie Oliver in my kitchen, don't even bother to react as it is an old kitchen.

You share the lounge with me, with connected balcony with big flatscreen tv and home cinema system, comfortable coach. We will find a mutual agreement about usage.

Shared bathroom with shower bath and Toilet.

It's really a lovely place to live in. The flat is a little older, so sometimes a door has to be pulled a little harder. So no need tenants who complain for ever small issue. We had a new central heating system installed as It can be cold in winter, but to save money, I have also electrical heaters for each room as energy is expensive now. Some like it hot, some not. If you use the energy fairly I wont charge you anything extra.

The room will be ready to live in. You just have to bring your own bedlinnen. and towels. There is a basic guest set though..
Included: All bills included as long as you are using the heating responsibly. Also high speed internet. It doesn't matter if you are a student or professional. Non negotiable. This is a fair package.

An old city flat needs some TLC at times so I do want to you to clean after you. I am not OCD, but hey, keep the bath room clean after use and a weekly hovering would be much appreciated. I've rented out my flat successfully before and as I would like to have the room returned in the same condition as I left it,

I am looking for a. professional, or quiet student to live in my place. No couples or regular boyfriends/girlfriend visits. No parties or regular and big gatherings. I had good experiences with Erasmus students in the last years, so foreign students don't hesitate to apply.
