Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The property is located on high street on Stoneylands road. It is a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a living room. This advertisement is for one of the rooms shown in the pictures. 6 months rent has to be paid upfront plus the deposit of 980 pounds which is refundable by the end of the tenancy if the tenant causes no damages.
