Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. It’s a freshly painted single bed room in Spring Rise, right near the back gate of Royal Holloway University. It’s a 6 people house and rent is £458 not including bills. There are 2 bathrooms between 4 people as the other 2 have en suites. There is a shared kitchen and a living space downstairs as well as parking space in front of the house and a large garden behind.
