Hi we have a single room available

The house is by backgate, about a 1 minute walk from Uni. It has a kitchen, living room, dining room, big garden and two bathrooms.

All appliances including washing machine, microwave, kettle etc. are included.

There are 4 people living there (3 guys, 1 girl) and we are open to anyone who would like a look around.

Rent is £580 p/m and bills are about £60 p/m but vary slightly (less in summer months). We would need someone to move in fairly quickly if possible.
