The house is spacious, close to shops and Eltham high street. There is also a local gym just a few minutes away.

Public transport links are nearby. The train station is a 20 minute walk away and goes straight to Central London. We also have a decently sized garden with a shed to keep your bike if you cycle.

There are some bills on top of the rent but these are not much.
