We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

A lovely lady in her 80's is seeking a Homesharer for her home to give her some support with around 10 hours a week of practical help in their spare time in exchange for the low cost accommodation. The lady would really benefit from the reassurance of having someone around her home and over-night security.
The accommodation is situated within one of Eltham's quiet and convenient roads very close to transport links, buses.
Three bedroom house with shared facilities; kitchen, separate dining and separate living room, upstairs toilet and shared bathroom with electric shower and bath.
There is a double bedroom, with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair , side lamp.
Internet is available.
The house is spacious and bright in a very convenient road near the station.
She is mobile and enjoys walking and light exercise.
She, enjoys watching films, particularly musicals and romantic comedies and also TV, favourite soap operas are Coronation Street and Emmerdale Farm. She also enjoys reading and doing word puzzles/word search and tries to do the newspaper quick crossword every day and she enjoys playing cards.
The householder would very much enjoy having someone to chat to, watch TV together, go for walks.
We hope to find a reliable, trustworthy, caring and kind Sharer who will enjoy this opportunity. The ideal Sharer will be a non-smoking female.
The room is available subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
