Hi there,

I have a double room to rent in Eltham for a maximum of 3-4 months only(shorter periods can be accommodated), located very close to Mottingham train station (5 mins walk) from where you can get direct trains to London Bridge (15 mins), Charing Cross, Waterloo east and Canon street (all within 30 mins).

The flat: -

The flat is owned by a good friend of mine and I'm the only tenant here atm and will be managing this tenancy. Its a 3 bed flat (2 doubles and a small single) with lots of natural light in all the rooms. All the rooms including the kitchen are very very spacious as you can probably see from the pictures. Right next to a nature reserve called The Tarn, so lots of green space to stare at from the living room. Its fully furnished but if you have some bits of furniture then sure it can be accommodated.

The room is only available for a short term let maximum of 3 months but anything less can be accomodated.

The room: -

The room is a double with a double bed, bed side drawer, a chest of drawers, clothes rail and mirror.

The area: -

Eltham truly is an up and coming area still being relatively cheap to buy compared to other parts of London. We are 15 minutes very nice leafy walk from the high street which boasts some new cafes, cool trendy pubs, Cinema, organic grocery shops etc. The flat is situated right next to a nature reserve called the Tarn which is a short walk away to go visit and spend some time at looking at the wild life, very very peaceful to go there with a book. We're also at doorstep of Kent so if you like visiting or cycling to the countryside then you'd be in perfect spot for it. Also we have Eltham Palace and gardens, walk around which is a hidden gem, going around the palace, some fields, meeting some horses and donkeys on the way with an amazing view of London, perfect for summer picnics etc.

The household/flatmate: -

You'll be sharing the flat with me ( Kiran), 35 year old male professional. I have interests in anything fitness related may it be cycling, running, walking, hikes, yoga & meditation etc. and pubs, cafes, travelling, cooking, cultures, history, films, writing to mention a few. I'm pretty easy going, laid back and very tidy.

I would prefer someone similar, someone who know basic rules of flat sharing, cleaning after themselves, keeping the place tidy etc. and respect the place and the housemates.

I guess that should give you a fair bit of idea of the room and the place but if you're interested and have any more questions then please feel free to get in touch with a bit about yourself, what you do etc.

Thanks for reading, Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,
Kiran
