22 minutes walk to 5 minutes drive to Belvedere Train Station (Zone 5). In addition to this, Abbey Wood Train Station (Zone 4) is a 10 minutes drive, Woolwich Arsenal train station and DLR station (Zone 4) is 20 minutes on the bus or a 15 minutes drive.
Trains from Erith to London Bridge takes 35 minutes and there are multiple other routes from the station and Woolwich etc.

There are multiple shops located on the main road which is also less than 2 minutes walk, the shopping centre is 5 minutes by bus or car.

Blue Water shopping centre is a 23 minutes drive, Bexleyheath shopping center is 12 minutes away (feel free to check the area out) London City airport is also less than 40 minutes away by public transport.
