Furnished double bedroom in Ladybarn / Fallowfield. Sharing with myself, a friendly and quiet working professional and my two cats.

In a great location, around 10 minutes walk away from Fallowfield and Withington and with Mauldeth Road station a very short walk away, giving excellent access to the city centre and the airport. There's a Co-op just around the corner and a larger Sainsburys and aldi supermarkets around 15 minute walk away.

Good size double room set in my two bed house, which features a bathroom with over bath shower (great pressure) open plan living room / dining room and Kitchen with washer/dryer. the kitchen is fully equipped with saucepans, crockery, cutlery etc which I am happy for people to use, but there is plenty of cupboard space if you have your own stuff.

Bedclothes supplied on request, I'm going to buy a new mattress for the new tenancy.

All the bills are included in the rent as is the broadband.

I'm looking for a clean and reasonably quiet house-mate who
can get along with my two very friendly cats. Would prefer a working professional or a mature student. Applicant will be referenced and credit checked, through the agency I work for, however I will pay any fees.

I like to keep the place clean and tidy, I'm friendly and happy to chill out with a box set and a brew or wander to the pub or let you have your own space.
