Hello! I have a lovely double bedroom to rent in my house. I live in the house With my miniature daschund. I’m looking for another housemate who is clean, tidy and sociable! I would like a housemate who loves dogs and is up for a few drinks or takeaway and film night.

The house is located on Saint George’s road which is a lovely street just round the corner from Mauldeth road station & opposite the park. There is on street parking and always spaces outside the house. Really good transport links to city centre by bus or train. West didsbury is in walking distance for bars.

The double room for rent comes furnished with a bed, open wardrobe, desk, and a bed side table. All bills included (Council tax, gas and electric, water, virgin broadband, TV licence). There is a 32 inch TV in the living room. Kitchen has a washing machine and fridge freezer. The house is mid terrace so really warm. It has a little back yard.
