I currently live in a two bedroom house with a friend. Though having to move out a lot sooner than expected due to placement abroad starting earlier. I’m advertising the room, it’s a new refurbished house, only been here since September 19. The rent is £440.00 though that’s doesn’t include bills. You divide the payments with my friend on the WiFi , Gas and electricity which then rounds up to around £500 at the least.

The room is available from the week of 1st April 2020 and the contract ends at the end of August 2020. If you wish to renew the contract then that is also available.

The property is a 10 mins bus ride to town, and 10 minutes walk to the nearest shops and curry mile where you can go out for a chilled evening if you wish. We are right next to the hospital and also other facilities that you may need.

If you’re a university student it’s also a 10 minutes bus ride. All stores are easy accessible and the location is very quiet and safe.

TENANCY EXPIRES 15th AUGUST 2020. But you’re able to renew it before hand.
