Hi everyone ! We are looking for a housemate for our beautiful and spacious house on Platt Lane.
About us: 3 phd students/professionals (25-31 y. o.). We like keeping our space clean and tidy, so it is very important for us that our new housemate shares these values.
About the room: the room is on the second floor, it’s cozy and warm, with a desk, chair, commode, cupboard, bedside cupboard and a box-bed (not all pieces in the photo included). The rent is 230£ + bills (usually around 40-70£ per), no deposit.
The house is in a very good condition: it was renovated in 2018 and we have kept it in good shape since then. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and crockery.
About the area: our house is in front of the Platt Fields park, 15-minute walk from the main shopping areas (Rushome and Fallowfield), 3-minute walk from the Wilmslow Road with the main bus lines, 25-minute walk from the University.
