We're looking for someone to join us in our house in Fallowfield/Rusholme next year as one of our housemates is leaving for placement.

Rent is £110pw including all bills (£476.67pcm), with half rent for July and August.
Deposit is £500.

All of us are currently in 2nd year, really friendly and tidy, and are happy for anyone to join, though preferably another student.
