Lovely two bed apartment. Very clean and quiet house. I am a working professional running my own online business and work from a studio in town. Usually out working or training or enjoying Cornwall most of the time.

The apartment is on the top floor and part of a large house that’s divided into two more apartments below me. Tenants living in the other apartments in the building are all girls which is why I respectfully ask that females are preferred for this listing please.
