We have 3 double bedrooms available in a newly renovated, sunny, end-terrace house in Falmouth with views of Flushing and the estuary. It’s a 15-minute walk into Falmouth town with easy train and bus access.

The rooms are available from 1st September 2025 on 10-month assured shorthold tenancy. Rent is payable in termly payments (4-monthly) and a guarantor is required. Bills are not included.

Each bedroom is equipped with storage, a double bed, and desk. There is a parking space for 1 car and free on road parking, a conservatory, a storage room and a nicely sized sunny garden with a sun terrace area perfect for barbecues.
