I’m looking for a housemate to join me in my flat in Falmouth. It’s situated in the swanvale area, a 10 min walk to swanpool beach, with gylly beach over the coast. It’s a 15 min walk to penmere station and a 10 min walk to the co-op.

The flat itself is has a spacious open plan kitchen and living room, two double bedrooms, and one bathroom with a toilet, bath & shower. Your bedroom is furnished with a new bed and mattress, a chest of drawers, and bedside tables. It doesn’t have a wardrobe but you’re welcome to bring one.
There’s also 4 drawers for storage under the bed.

I’m a working professional in the brand / advertising world and work 9-5. I’m looking for someone who’s doing something similar, either working or studying, who’s fairly laid back and not a noisy soul! I’m sociable and outgoing but prefer a quiet and relaxed home life as that’s how I like to recharge my batteries!

There’s on road parking just by the drive of the flat, but no parking space. Sorry no couples! It’d be great to hear a bit about you in your messages.
