I’m looking for someone to takeover my Premium Studio room at Carrick View for this year (24/25). (You can also talk to the landlord if you wish to extend your stay).

It’s £245 per week including bills. You get your own kitchen, en-suite and lots of space (and a TV too). It should be ready to move into very soon (23rd September onwards).

Carrick View is next to Falmouth Hospital. It’s walking distance to the Woodlane campus, Town centre and Penmere train station. Plus there’s a bus stop down the road.
