Hello there! My name is Caspian I’m a 22 year old queer fine art student and I am looking for 2 new student flat mates to move into my 3 bed, 1 1/2 bathroom flat for the next academic year! (2025-2026) I’m looking for a nice, clean and chilled out flatmate who’s down for a good laugh every now and again and maybe some flat dinners and game nights! Ideally female students who are clean freaks like me! The flat is amazing and in a fab location being in the middle of Falmouth high street. 10 min walk to the Falmouth campus and minutes away from anywhere in Falmouth. Rent is £725 excluding bills. however, llang llewellyn have mentioned a possibility in rent increase TBC. move in day is beginning of July 2025.
