Hiya! My housemates and I are looking for one more person to join our house from July 2025 for the next academic year. The rent is £540 per month (not including bills, but the bills are relatively cheap!) and the room is below as shown :)

-10 minute walk to falmouth high street, no hills
-2 minute walk from castle beach
-2 minute walk to train station
-less than a minute to the nearest shop

The four of us have lived in this house for a year now and have had no issues with it, we absolutely love it here! The house is fully furnished and we also have an amazing private landlady who is so helpful and quick to respond.

All in all, we’re just a group of chill girls living the dream by the cornish coast, we would love to find someone that would fit right in and become part of our happy little home!
