Hello
I have my double bedroom to sublet for may and June as my tenancy in my current house isn’t up until end of June. The house is in Falmouth town just across from the cinema. Everyone in the house are graduates that now work and are all super lovely. The sublet would be from the beginning of may, but still unsure on the exact date, however there is a chance for the end of may, depending on the sub-letters preference.
Rent is £500, bills £120.
A deposit of £500 would be needed just to secure the room is intact after the 2 months and will be sent back after moving out.
The place has a washing machine, fridge freezer, bath and shower and a large garden. Smoking outside is ok. There isn’t designated parking.
