I am looking to share a modern two-bed apartment with a student or professional. The room is a good size single room that can be used as a double. The master bedroom has an e-suite toilet/shower, so the tenants will have their own bathroom, which is the one shown in the pictures. Free parking is available next to the property and a big Sainsburys supermarket and gym are just 5 mins walk. The main bus station in Fareham is 10 mins walk and Fareham rail station is 20 mins walk. Couples are welcome too.
The all inclusive rates for a sole occupant are:

For double occupancy:
£700 per month
£225 per week
