Hello future flatmate!

We live in a wonderfully done up 2nd floor apartment and are looking for another to join us! Our current friend is moving with work and relocating to Bristol.

Little about us, I currently work part-time all over London (cycling as primary commute) and go where sports work takes me; think coaching and officiating. I'm finding energy in crafting bits and bobs for people around me. My partner, Aidas, is a student/research scientist based down the road at National Physics Laboratory. We are currently making our way through You after finishing Killing Eve and are quite happy in cooking and consuming large quantities of food as we chill out in the evenings and wouldn't mind if you wanted to join too! We game together and separately too!

We are a young couple with a spare double bedroom that we are looking to rent to someone in need.

Your double bedroom will come furnished fresh from Ikea; spacious 'Pax' wardrobe with a mirror door, Malm 4 x 1 chest of drawers and Malm double bed with a double mattress and mattress protector. There are also 2 large sliding drawers under the bed for that extra bit of storage. As well as a large computer desk.

We have a lovely big living room which is a steady work in progress with a large TV. Looking to be more sustainable we have started growing our own herbs and other edible plants, so our living room and balcony are as green as ever.

Our home has plantation shutters installed throughout and solid wood flooring. Both the kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating. The kitchen has a gas hob, double electric oven, wine cooler, washing machine and a tall fridge freezer. There are two external storage spaces too for items that you won't need immediate access to: one we're using for our bikes and the other, think seasonal gear and tools! There's ample free parking available too!

Commutable by bike to St Mary's, Roehampton and Kingston University. Heathrow is a 17 minute car ride away, or a 40 minute direct bus ride away (H25)

Mon - Fri let considered too. Rent may be negotiated for the right person - please come to view and enquire!

Short term lets (less than 1 month) will still be subject to a the equivalent duration deposit and charged weekly at £225 per week inclusive of bills; gas, electricity, internet and water.
