Well proportioned, bright double room to rent in Patchway, fully furnished with all bills, including fast broadband, included. Currently has a desk and chair but happy to remove if not needed.

Conveniently situated for Aztec West, Cribbs Causeway, Royal Mail, MOD etc. Bus stop just around the corner with M1 bus into city centre a short walk away.

House has a living room and kitchen diner, utility room with two washers and space for drying clothes. Communal bathroom with shower and bath. There are plenty of drawers and cupboards available, your own fridge and equally space in the garage if you have anything more bulky. I have a second spare room/study (that I do not rent) with a single bed that you are more than welcome to use from time to time if having friends round etc.

Outside there is space on the drive and a garden with deck that's perfect for a beer or BBQ when the sun comes out.

Me and my partner are both relaxed professionals in our early 30s. I'm fairly active and enjoy running and cycling amongst other things. I try to get out as much as possible on the weekends caving, diving or hiking. My partner also enjoys a muddy walk, but can often be found crafting (sewing, knitting, etc), puzzling or watching tv. We are often around her house so you will quite often have the house to yourself.

Looking for someone else with a relaxed mindset and relatively tidy who doesn't mind occasionally watering the plants when I'm gone. Given the outdoor sports a bit of mud or wet gear tends to follow close behind so someone with similar interests/ hobbies would be great but far from essential.

Ideally looking for 6 month+ rent but would consider shorter and small pets on a case by case basis. Would also be open to post-grad students.
