Hi,
I currently living at this address in the single room, but will be moving into one of the double rooms. Both my current housemates are leaving in April so looking for someone join myself and one other in taking over the house contract.
House is in a good location, close to Cribs Causeway with plenty of buses into town.
Abit about me,
I’m originally from Ireland and move to Bristol after uni as I got a job as an engineer. I’m quite relaxed, enjoy working out and have abit of a mini gym setup in the garage that you’d be more than free to use if you want.
House is listed as unfurnished but if you need some furniture for the room I can ask my current housemates if he is willing to leave behind his stuff.
Great kitchen with a very nice induction cooker and dishwasher. Good sized living room with nice patio out back.
Bills aren’t bad at all and wifi has never let me down.
Can be flexible with when you’d want to move in, as both of my current housemates have already started to move out. 1st of May at the latest.
