Hi everyone,
I'm moving out of a lovely six-person house in Finsbury Park/Arsenal and am looking for someone to take over! The room comes furnished with a double bed, a large mirror and a big wardrobe. The kitchen and bathroom (one of three) are recently refurbished and there's a cleaner bi-weekly for communal areas.
You'll be living with five other housemates in their twenties. Everyone's really lovely -- sociable and respectful and happy to do things together as a house. The rent doesn't include bills but *does* include council tax.
There are a Tesco Express and Lidl within five minutes from the house and a larger Tesco and Lidl within ten minutes. The house is only a few minutes' walk from Finsbury Park and Arsenal stations -- really great transport connections!
The room is available from the end of Feb, but there might be some leeway on this.
