Two rooms going in a four bedroom flat 8min walk from Finsbury Park station: £750 p/m each. Bills come to approx. £50 p/m. There are two bathrooms, a sitting room with a piano, a kitchen, significant amounts of storage, and a large sunny roof terrace looking onto trees. This is a 3 month let: 10th July - 10th October.

The two available bedrooms are both on the top floor alongside a bathroom with a bath. Both bedrooms are fully furnished.

You will be living with a barrister (Franck, 33) and a masters student (Amba, 23). We are a couple, relaxed, like to cook, go for a pint, watch films, etc. and we are often working long hours or away.

Location: transport is really convenient and there are lots of excellent pubs and parks nearby.

Accessibility: there are three flights of stairs and sadly no wheelchair access but we are mindful of disability more broadly.
