The room is located in a beautiful building looking at Leas. It is within walking distance from shops, bus stops, train stations, and the sea.

It is a simple room so you can put your own signature, make it yours. There is a built in wardrobe , desk/chair and an ikea bed , which can be used as double or single.

The entire home is kept clean and tidy .The cleaner comes Fridays.

It is a quiet place, we are civil but keep ourselves to ourselves as we have busy lives.

Room only with access to kitchen and bathroom. ALL BILLS INCLUDED except TV Licence.
