This stunning, stylish house by the sea, the beautiful Warren, and a 15 mins walk to the beach, at Sunny Sands. Folkestone West is 5 mins drive from my home. The house is spacious, full of light and has bi-folds in the dining room that open up into a lovely large garden that has sea views. This properties ideal location provides a perfect base for exploring Folkestone. In the garden there is a beautiful out house.

The double room is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I have two small dogs. Parking space is provided on the drive.

The rent includes gas, electric, super fast broadband, water TV licence. References are required from employers and previous landlords, will be required. I am a relaxed, kind and houseproud professional.

I'm looking for a professional person. The house has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave. The bathroom has a bath, an impulse shower and loo. The room comes with artwork and blinds and a new bed with a new mattress.

There is a communal large garden for use by all residents.
