Room will have a double bed and chest of drawers
There is cube storage in the living room aswell which can be used by anyone in the household. We also plan to turn the upstairs hallway cupboard into a wardrobe for whoever rents the room to use for extra storage.

There are 4 dogs and 2 cats living in the house so being an animal lover is a must!
The cats live out majority of the time, the dogs are all super friendly and absolutely love everyone! 🐶

The living room shared although the male who lives here doesn't really spend any time downstairs.
The kitchen has a shelf each in the fridge and a cupboard each for food.
We have 1 bathroom and a downstairs toilet.
Large garden for all to enjoy, this is still a work In progress. The garden is in 5 layers, the back one needs to be tackled but we plan to do that this year.
We are located about a 20/30 minute walk from the town centre, 5 minutes from the bus stop to Folkestone town or Canterbury.

We will only accept working applicants
Rent is to be paid on the 1st of every month.
