All for £450 per calendar month. That’s pretty good right! 😁

I work from home a lot so I’m looking for FULL-TIME WORKING PROFESSIONAL as I need peace and quite during a day and sometimes in the evenings so I can get on with work.

If you’re a big cook, late night dinners from scratch cooked for hrs every evening this place won’t be suitable due to the open space plan layout.

So if you’re looking for a nice and quiet place to relax after work this maybe a place for you.

Min stay 3 month, NO max stay.

Short term let, min of month, can be considered at £125 a week paid in advance. As well as Monday to Friday let can be negotiated.

The house has got unlimited SUPER FAST FIBRE-OPTIC broadband. 45 inc TV and you can have TV in you bedroom if you wanted to! (the one on the photo belongs to current lodger so not included)

There is a patio/garden at the back of the house for barbecues and glass of wine in the summer.

Trains to LONDON 45 min journey, twice hourly service or more
Dover Priory -11 min journey, 2-3 times an hr

Looking for professional or mature student. Respectful, quiet, clean, tidy and easy going person.
The house is well looked after and I’m looking for someone who’ll be treating it the same.

ABOUT ME
I’m busy working professional in full time employment. I work in finance but I’m not boring even if I say so myself😁
I like to run, cycle, overall fitness and exercising. And travelling whenever possible.

I have got one male lodger who is 36, busy working professional, very respectful and quite. Keeps himself busy with lots of activities after work such as gym, football. He only stays here 1 night a week, sometimes you won’t see him for months as he tents to stay away a lot. When he’s here, leaves for work at 5am and gets back 8-9pm.

Sorry but no children, pets or benefits.
