The accommodation is a two bedroom ground floor flat and is cozy, friendly and welcoming, mod cons, newly decorated, new carpets throughout/wooden flooring in hallway, central heating. The bedroom itself is bright and airy comes furnished with a lovely wooden bed, treble wardrobe and lots of drawer space.

There is private parking to the rear of the flats. It’s very close to the station, less than 5 minute walk, with great links into London on the mainline and the East London line. There is a bus stop right outside, servicing 185 and 122 buses.

I'm very easy going and considerate and am looking for the same in a flat mate. I love reading, researching, going to galleries, politics, eating out and keeping fit. I'm into healthy eating, meditation and work out in Mayo Park with my trainer three times a week. I eat a Mediterranean style diet, high in fat (even in my coffee!) daily make whole juice drinks with ginger, turmeric and other stuff. They taste awful! I’m happy to share, ha ha, my last two flat mates loved them. There are some great pubs nearby. Even though I live in the flat, I’m definitely a flat mate kind of person rather than a landlady!

I smoke one or two cigarettes a day out the window but am more than happy to do that outside, anyhoo, I need to give up! Also have a really good, large air purifier.

I have a rescue cat called Waffles, she's great! I absolutely adore animals.

I'm looking for somebody who is laid back, tidy in communal areas, maybe likes keeping fit. I’d prefer someone who doesn’t work mad shifts and is not based at home for work. Above all would like you to be laid back and easy to live with!
