Sadly I have to leave my lovely large double room near to Forest Hill station (10 mins) walk. The room is available on 15th of March, it is fully furnished with huge king size bed, table, wardrobe and chest drawers.
It is a nice bright room, with lot of storage.
You will share the house with 2 very welcoming and nice flatmates (girls), who are in their late 30s, both professionals, but the house is students friendly.
The flatmates aren't party animals but they are very social and they are more than happy to have glass of wine after work.
We share the bathroom, living room and kitchen.
The house has huge garden, which is perfect for summer days.

The rent is 550 £ per month, the bills aren't included but they come every 3 months and they are about 50-70£.

The location of the house is about 10 mins walk from Forest Hill overground station (trains to Highbury and Islington, London Bridge and Victoria), there are also plenty of buses (176, 185, 171).

The nearest grocery store is about 4 mins from the house and big Sainsbury supermarket is just 2 mins walk from the Forest Hill station.

It is a very lovely and safe location, the Crystal Palace Park is just 2 stops away.
