Looking for a considerate, clean, friendly person to take my room, 5 minutes from Forest Hill station. It's a HUGE bright double bedroom in a 2-bed flat.

The room:
It's huge! Floor to ceiling windows make the room bright and airy - one is East facing so gets gorgeous light in the morning. There are two built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage. Furniture wise, it comes with a double bed and bedside table.

En suite:
The en suite has a powerful double shower, toilet, sink and large mirror. There is a bath in the main bathroom, which you can also use.

The living space:
The open plan kitchen, living room, and dining area is very spacious, with wooden floors and more huge windows. It gets loads of sun in the morning and has a little juliet balcony, great for plants! There's also a utility room and a couple of huge storage cupboards which makes the flat feel bigger and there's plenty of space to keep stuff tidied away outside your room.

The building:
The flat is on the second floor of a three-story building, in a gated community. There is parking, a bike shed, and a communal lawn outside.

The flatmate:
Milly is a top notch housemate, it’s been really lovely loving with her. She is out at work 4+ days a week as a designer in construction. She's vegan and would rather not have people cooking meat in the house too often, but it’s fine if you can be considerate and clean up after yourself. She is up quite early for work and often exercising in the evenings. Likes chilled weekends, or the pub, when it's allowed.

Contract details:
I'll be sad to leave this place as it's such a lovely flat. I'm only looking to move because I'm buying somewhere nearby. Date tbc, but I'm expecting to move out early December. You will be doing a tenancy swap with me, which means taking my place on the contract. We signed for 12 months on 30th September so there will be 10 months left on the contract, with a break clause in March (6 months from when we signed it).

Location:
Literally 5 minutes walk to Forest Hill station, where there are regular overgrounds into Shoreditch, and a 15 minute train into London Bridge. Loads of lovely local shops including a zero-waste food shop, cute independent cafes, pubs, and a massive Sainsbury's right on the high street. The flat is tucked away up a tree-lined dead-end residential road so there is no traffic noise and I genuinely normally wake up to the sound of birds! There's tonnes of greenery around, with Dulwich woodland and Dulwich park just down the road. We are on a little hill so there are incredible views over London and Kent from the balcony/your bedroom window.

Cost:
£825 rent per month
~£120 bills per month (incl council tax)
= £945 total/month

Deposit is £180 using the Zero Deposit scheme.

Move in date:
Any time in December
