Hi there
I am looking for 1 housemate

It is a 5 bedroom house in Forest Hill ( it is old fashioned but functioning)

You will have the top floor of the property (two rooms) so your own space and have your own bathroom.
Kitchen is shared with 1 person ( my mum).

Whilst there isnt an ensuite - there is a shower room and bathroom that only you and the other tenant will access.

The house is in the process of being modernised so there may occasionally be some disruptions.

I should also add that the picture of "your living room" is out of date and the sofa isn't in there. If you have one you want to bring that would be fine.

Ideally I would like someone that is happy to keep themselves to themselves and is looking for a short term property.
