Hi! The Well House in Fowey has one en-suite room available from February. (Bedroom 3)

Situated in the heart of Fowey, the house dates from 1430 and is very unique with lots of Tudor features.

We are a mixed-gender house in our twenties that love the outdoors.

Two flatmates are on a placement year and another has graduated and works in the area.

I am 27 and am currently working while decorating the cafe downstairs. I am also a very keen surfer and practice Mandarin Chinese.

The house is split into two parts:
1. An apartment (The flatshare)
2. A downstairs cafe (Currently Closed)

The two parts has their own separate entrance from the street, so the flat has its own private space. All the bedrooms available are en-suite and there is a kitchen fitted with a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher; and a lounge with a TV (See Pics). Bills are included and there is fibre broadband in all rooms.

This is perfect for someone who wants to live in an idyllic seaside town. There is so much to do here, with fishing, sea-swimming, walks, sailing, kayaking and unbelievable food all on the doorstep.

There is free parking at the top of the hill (10min walk from house) and Par train station is a 10-15 minute drive away with a direct link to London.
