So essentially you will share with a 36 year old super chill lady.

The house is old in parts but has a shared cosy living room, shared big kitchen & 2 bathrooms & bills are £100 on top every month.
Landlord is very happy for you to change bedroom in whatever way - remove all furniture, paint it, change it, move it.
Whatever you want to do.

Would like someone to stay for 6 month minimum ideally.
