Large room on the bottom floor available to rent due to the current tenant moving out. Two of the guys are going into their 5th year in this house and I am going into my 3rd. Everybody gets along and we often head out to the pub or cook together. We are looking for somebody social who enjoys living alongside people.

The house itself is just a 25 min walk from Newcastle centre. We are a 5 min walk from the metro and the bus stop into the city is out the front of the house. We have a nice landlord and our neighbours are friendly. 3 toilets and 2 showers total.

Bills are paid through ‘the Bunch’ at £80 a month. Rent after council tax is £383.
