I'm moving out of a 4 bed houseshare in Gerrard's Cross. You'll be sharing with a nice bunch of people. Both work in the creative industries, currently in Film & TV.
The flat has high ceilings and a nice, homely, chilled feel to it.
The room is a really good size and includes, desk, mirror, drawers, side table, small table and wardrobe.
Bills and rent come to just under £600 most months, this is an absolute steal.
A minute from Gerrard's Cross station, great for commuting into London. Big Tesco, charity shops and post office nearby.
I have now left the property should someone wish to have the room sooner the 1st October this could be arranged.
