I am an Italian student at the University of Strathclyde. I have a double room in Townhead, as my flatmate finished his course and graduated this year. The flat is 2 minutes walk from the City Centre, and very close to Strathclyde and Caledonian University. It is on the top floor, the 24th floor. It is incredibly quiet to rest with an amazing view. There are 3 elevators.

I am clean and tidy and respect privacy. I am always quite when my flatmate has to sleep or to rest.

The flat is quite spacious, has two rooms, a modern kitchen with fixed table for eating, a medium size toilet with mirror, a storage room and a large living room. Windows are double glazing. The flat is of a really good size for 2 people. Rent is 500£ including bills.
