I am a 1st year PhD student at the University of Glasgow looking for a flatmate to rent a room in the 2 bedroom flat I currently live in in the West End - 25 min walk to campus.
Rent is £412.50 pm (c. 450 inc bills), for a double room and ensuite bathroom (not including council tax - students only!).
Lease would starts on the 26th May 2019, as my current flatmate moves out then.
Looking for another student for council tax purposes, but happy to take non students as long as they are happy to pay the council tax themselves.
I'm clean, laidback and friendly - looking for someone similar!
