The flat has 2 main bedrooms and 1 box room, it is spacious and well lit, the flat is fully furnished and equipped.
I’m the current flatmate, you will be living with the flat owner, who is a really kind senior gentleman. All he really asks for is a level of tidiness, and a good conversation (and the rent ofc Duhh)!
The only reason I’m leaving is because I am relocating to Edinburgh soon.
