There is a large room in our house for rent beginning in november for 195 per month (!!). It's on Paisley Road West next to Bellahouston Park in craigton. The house is a 3 bedroom 1st floor tennement flat with a galley kitchen, small living room and a back garden. Bills are 30 to 50 pounds per month depending on the season, and if you pay council tax that is another 80-90 pounds a month. deposit is 150.

It's a very cheap area to live but well connected. 20 mins by bus to central station, about 5 or 10 minutes by bus to cessnock subway so can be in west end in 20 minutes from the flat. There is a big Asda about 10 mins walk away. Also Glasgow club Bellahouston is 2 mins walk away with a gym and pool (with a small outdoor pool in summer!!). The park is also 2 mins walk with a nice forest, hill, art gallery and dry ski slope.

The room is quite large and comes partly furnished with draws and closet. curtains and mattress can be bought from outgoing flatmate for 50 pounds. The flat has gas central heating and a gas cooker and can be very warm if needed with large radiators in each room.

Tidy and considerate student or professional welcome. The 2 flatmates are both in mid to late 20s. Both are hard working students and the flat is pretty quiet and clean/tidy.
