Hi!

I'm moving out of this huuuge flat by the end of the month!

It is a massive flat, with shared kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 just a shower), living room, and loads of storage.

The room is upstairs (it has a leak but that is getting fixed) and the flat is on the top floor (you can park your bike outside the door). It is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, side table and a lamp (some of the furnishings are mine but I can tell you what will be here when you visit!).

You'll be living with 2 gals (1 student, 1 professional) and 1 guy (ERASMUS student), with the occassional dog over! It's an international household who are chill, and we have a cleaning rota so the space stays lovely.

We are trying to get contracts at the minute to get a council tax discount, but currently bills are:
gas & electricity ~£40, council tax £49, internet £6 pp.

The flat has excellent transport links (Queen’s park station and bus stops are just in front of the flat meaning you can have 2 minutes to spare and still make the train) plenty of nice cafes, shops, and Queen’s park can be seen from the windows!

Deposit is a month's rent (payable to me as i have already paid the landlord, so the payment i made would transfer over to be yours), and if you can move in by March 9th **(this has changed from the 1st) you'd pay the week's rent to me too (we pay rent/bills on the 15th of each month so you'd pay a total of £297 for feb-march month, which includes the deposit for your stay!).

People have been asking - the contracts are still being sorted so you'd take on that responsibility of liasing with the landlord.

The furnishings in my room (lampshades/shelves/hangings/c urtains) will be taken as i bought them. There is a wardrobe, small bookshelf, side table w drawers, chair and mirrored table that will stay.

We have just had pest control over as we had some mice living with us! I haven't seen any in a while however.

The window in my room is a bit dodgy, but you can take that up with the landlord.
