Hello!

I am renting a double bedroom in bright ground floor flat in Partick area. Surrounded by any sort of shops, cafes and pubs and 2 minutes walking to subway and train station. You will be sharing the flat with a friendly student at glasgow uni.

Rent is 350£ with utility bills around 20/25£ even cheaper during the summer. Preferably looking for a student just for a matter of council tax exemption. However, professionals are also welcomed if they're ok with paying council tax (25% discount since you're living with a student). Deposit is 350£

The kitchen comes with all the supplies and the room is fully furnished.

I am moving out around mid-May so looking for someone to move in around then. However, I am flexible with dates so if you need to move in earlier.

Available to arrange viewings through skype (or similar) due to the current situation.
